Beet and Raspberry Salad

Chef Sarah shares her tip for a perfectly delicious salad!

Beet and Raspberry Salad

Beets, sliced

Shallot,1, sliced

Balsamic vinegar (1/2) cup

Fresh raspberries 1 container

Directions: Slice all ingredients and wash raspberries, put all in bowl and pour balsamic over all… Cracked black pepper to garnish. Better after sits in refrigerator over night.  Add chopped hard boiled eggs and pea shoots or sprouts to make a meal. Yum!
